Introduction

    The PSEP contains the index of all PySide Enhancement Proposals,
    known as PSEPs.  PSEP numbers are assigned by the PSEP Editor, and
    once assigned are never changed.  The Git history[1] of the PSEP
    texts represent their historical record.
